Contact staff privately through the official Discord with your Minecraft username, purchase date and the issue. Do not send card details. Staff should review legitimate refund requests fairly.
Subscriptions
You can manage and cancel a subscription through Stripe’s Customer Portal. Cancellation and the end of the paid period are distinct; the current subscription state is shown in your account.
Confirmed refunds
Confirmed refunds are recorded with an audit trail. Access associated with the refunded order is revoked deterministically. Requesting a legitimate refund does not automatically ban a player.
Consumer rights
The owner must review applicable EU consumer rights, digital-service information and cancellation requirements before enabling live sales. This draft does not make a legal determination or override mandatory rights.
